Improved resistance comparison system at Gakushuin University and a new determination of the quantized Hall resistance in terms of the NML OHM

Improvements to the cryogenic current comparator and other aspects of the resistance measurement system at Gakushuin University have led to a new determination of the quantized Hall resistance in terms of /spl Omega//sub NML/ with reduced uncertainties. This determination leads to the result R/sub H/(GU 1992)=(1+0.008(33)/spl times/10/sup -6/)R/sub K/.
