The multilayer integrated circuit of bandpass filter design based-on macromodels and equivalent circuits for RLC-elements

摘要

The present paper concerns the creation of RLC equivalent circuit elements based on rational functions for Butterworth bandpass filter. The modeling filter built on empirical models, macromodels and equivalent circuits are carried out. S21 characteristics are obtained for the three variations of the bandpass filter.
