The impact of globalization on changing roles of university professors

摘要

The paper focuses on the influence of globalization on professor activity and engineering university development. The authors characterize three main roles of university professors in the period of globalization. They are teaching, research and management. In these conditions the faculty faces some challenges which can be solved at the level of university, industry, and country.
