摘要

A novel compact circuit model for on-chip vertically coiled inductors in silicon radio frequency integrated circuits(RFICs) is presented. The circuit model consists of seven ideal components with explicit physical meaning, which is suitable for the circuit simulation and optimization. The circuit model is validated to have a very good accuracy by comparison with EM simulation over a wide frequency(0.1-60GHz).
