To explore the relationship between the plant electrical signal and light intensity under the controlled environment has great significance for the automation development of modern agriculture. The research sets six different LED light conditions to cultivate with swallow palm and anthurium in the plant growth cabinet. And using STFT transformation to analyze the plant electrical signal which collected by plant electrical signal acquisition system. The result shows that under the situation of other environment factors are constant, only changing the light condition, the electrical signal amplitude of swallow palm is 1400μV in light intensity of 12503 ~ 17230, and the electrical signal amplitude of anthurium is 944μV in light intensity of 17230~22307Lux. The result shows that the plant electrical signal would change with the change of light intensity, every kind of plant will obtain the biggest photosynthesis when in the most suitable light condition, at the same time, the electrical signal achieve the peak value.
