摘要

the control of, humidity in process of tobacco first baking is non-linear time-variant and inertial, it is disturbed by some(odors in production. It is difficult to achieve a good control effects by traditional control methods. Adaptive fuzzy control based onvariable universe has advantages such as high precision, fast response and strong flexibility. Because humidity control in first baking isinsensitivity and flerce fluctuating, a design project of adaptive fuzzy controller based on variable universe is presented. The fuzzycontroller structure and' contraction-expansion factor design and achievement of the fuzzy controller are provided in details. TheSimulation result and the experiment of small scales first baking shows that the control method ensures the control accuracy, takes ongood rapidity, improves the quality of tobacco.
