摘要

A fault-proof system based RFID in Automobile Shock Absorbers Assembly is designed in this paper. Through the RFID identification technology, The problem that operators do not use positioning tooling and do not use toolings matched to the vehicle in the assembly process is solved. The tightening eligibility rate is increased by 5% and reduces a lot of downtime after applicated the RFID control system. Compared to the original process scheme (The rear suspension height is controlled by automatic lifting equipment to ensure the shock absorber angle), the direct investment cost is reduced by 25 millions and the equipment operation and maintenance cost is greatly reduced. The process safety control is realized and ensure the assembly process can meet the requirements of product process design.
