摘要

The research object is the small planetary roller screw pair used for retractable emergency punching electric actuators. A research method for detecting the transmission accuracy and efficiency of the planetary roller screw pair was proposed. Mainly uses the end load simulation system to load the planetary roller screw pair, collect the data measured by the high-precision test originals, pass it to the host computer, performs software analysis, data processing, and automatically draws the required curve for designers' reference. And analyse. Through the analysis of the error of the accuracy test, It can be known that the linear displacement error of the detection device is 1.052μm, which satisfies the test accuracy requirement. By analyzing the error of efficiency test under load conditions, and using the method of equal quantity substitution, directly measure the torque loss of the system under different loads. In the final analysis, the torque is compensated accordingly to improve the accuracy of the efficiency test.
