摘要

In order to increase the production of coke for steel enterprises, new 6.25m stamp charging coke oven is developed. In this paper, the electric control schematic of new type coke oven dedusting station is improved and optimized accordingly to achieve the purpose of reducing the industrial investment. The optimization shall focus on four points of dedusting station, which are variable frequency drive room, motor control center room location, control diagram of electrical equipment on lower part of bag house and control diagram of electrical equipment on upper part of bag house. Optimization design of electric control system when compared with 5.5m stamp charging coke oven dedusting station shall be introduced.
