Through empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the recruitment requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises as follows: qualification certificate, job expectation, professional ability, practice experience, professional morality, makes a summary of the characteristics of the recruitment requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises, and then provides some suggestions for the reform of local colleges' talent training.
