摘要

To study intervention effect of total flavonoids of Mao Dongqing on cerebral ischemic tolerance model. Method: First, mice brain ischemic preconditioning, except the sham operation group, ischemia reperfusion group, the remaining mice in each group with micro artery occlusion of bilateral common carotid artery, were blocking the blood flow 10min respectively, then restore perfusion, the continuous administration of 5d, in fifth days after administration of 1h, after 12h of fasting, mice were anesthetized again, the supine fixed, neck incision, blunt dissection of both carotid arteries, except the sham operation group, the remaining mice were used in the micro artery occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries, blocking the blood 30min respectively, the model of cerebral ischemia. Result: Total flavonoids of Mao dongqing can significantly reduce TXB2, increased 6-keto-PGF1a and reduce TXB2 / 6-keto-PGF1a ratio, improve platelet function experiments in mice, Having different effect to improve the cerebral ischemic tolerance, can relieve the ischemic injury change. Conclusion: Total flavonoids of Mao Dongqing has good effect on cerebral ischemic tolerance in mice, can significantly improve the indicators experiment.
