Informatization Development Status of Russia and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要

This paper systematically introduces the informatization development status of Russia, briefly analyzes problems during Russia's informatization process and their solutions, and summarizes the experience of Russia's information development, which has certain enlightenment significance to the informatization process of China.
