Cyber-Physical System (CPS) is one of the key technologies for intelligent manufacturing and industrial 4.0. Both academia and industry are focusing on how to integrate the CPS, IoT, big data and other technologies into the traditional manufacturing process and product lifecycle. In this paper, on the basis of the practical demands of a mobile phone manufacturer, the research focuses on the implementation of the technical architecture of the smart factory based on the CPS concept. A technical architecture for implementing a cyber-physical system and smart factory is introduced, together with the data model of the manufacturing process and prototype model of the factory. The practice presented that how to realize real-time and effective transferring and sharing of product lifecycle data, and implement data-driven device self-adaptive and process intelligent management and control.
