Cathodoluminescent Properties of Novel Ca_6Gd_(1.5)Tb_(0.5)Na_2(PO_4)_6F_2 Phosphor for Field Emission Display Applications

摘要

Ca_6Gd_(1.5)Tb_(0.5)Na_2(PO_4)_6F_2 phosphor has been studied for FED application. Ca_6Cd_(1.5)Tb_(0.5)Na_2(PP_4)_6F_2 phosphor screen has been prepared by a screen-printing method. The luminance and degradation under different bombardment current and voltage were studied. The performance was compared with commercial green phosphor Zn_2Sio_4Mn. The factors affecting .the performance of the phosphor screen will be discussed.
