摘要

Screen printing of carbon nanotube (CNT) cold cathode has been proposed as a promising technology for fabricating large area field emission display. In fact, the as-prepared CNT cold cathode always has poor field emission properties. Various post-treatment methods have been reported by other groups [1-4]. In our study, repeating field emission cycles are applied to improve the poor field emission properties of printed CNT cold cathode. The mechanism of the treatment was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy.
