摘要

For the widely existed problem of the scrap of spares during the mission, an approximation method of inventory optimization for multi-indenture equipment is proposed. At first, the spares in lower indenture are totally converted to top indenture ones by omitting the maintenance time, so that multi-indenture spare is equivalent to single-indenture ones. Then the system availability is derived according to the additive property of Gamma distribution. Finally, the optimal inventory distribution result is obtained by marginal algorithm. In actual example, compared with simulation method, the approximation method is reasonable, feasible, and easy to implement, and can meet to support demands in most occasions except the maintenance time is too long.
