A Framework Research on Railway Emergency Intelligent Decision Support System (REIDSS)

In order to meet the need of promoting railway emergency disposal capacity, the decision making process of railway emergency management integrated with decision support systems (DSS) was applied to develop a railway emergency intelligent decision support system (REIDSS) for preventing and reducing disasters in railway industry. This paper firstly presented the definition and objective of REIDSS. Then through analyzing the railway emergency management service process, the framework of REIDSS was established and the overall design of REIDSS was proposed. Finally, The function and structure of the system were studied, nine functional modules were designed and needs of service are described.
