Rapid Detection System for Pesticide Residue Based on Embedded Technology

摘要

Pesticide residue is potentially dangerous to product safety. It is therefore to require proper means for pesticide residue determination in practical. This research proposed an effective way to detect pesticide residues in agricultural products where the technology of enzyme inhibition, photochemical analysis and embedded system was adopted to calculate the inhibition rate of pesticide residues in the selected samples. By using embedded system as the main controller, visible spectrophotometer as photoelectric measuring unit, this design used photochemical method and enzyme inhibition technology to realize rapid recognition of pesticide residue.
