Protection of property rights in computer software

摘要

This paper deals with the laws and regulations on public ownership of the various components of computer software, in order to allow future development of information and communication technologies. As examples of property rights from the practice, considers the problems of procurement of pirated software, theft of ideas, development of software and etc.
