Bus Detection for Intelligent Transport Systems Using Computer Vision

In this work we explore the use of computer vision for bus detection in the context of intelligent transport systems. We propose a simple and efficient method to detect moving objects using a proba-bolistic modelling of the scene. For classification of the detected moving regions we study the use of eigenfaces.
