In this paper we present a Water Utility Service Assistant: A case of Nkana Water and Sewerage Company. The Water Utility Service Assistant (WUSA) is a set of web based applications that have been developed to enhance the services of the utility company. These applications constitute a website, a meter reading assistant, an online customer bill presentation, a complaint management system, and a supplier portal.
