A 600W anode supported flat tubular SOFC stack is designed and fabricated. FeCrAl alloy is applied as metallic cassette. Ag-Cu serves as seal to the anode and metallic cassette and electrical connect to anode. After testing for 1000 hours, the joining of FeCrAl, Ag-Cu braze and anode shows good stability. With cells of Ni-YSZ/YSZ/LSM-YSZ, a maximum output of 614W and an average power density of 213mw/cm~2 are obtained in the stack configuration. The fuel utilization efficiency is as high as 51%.
