Simulation of collectors for TWT including the effects of SEE using PIERCE

摘要

This paper describes the simulations of a single-stage depressed collector and a 3-stage depressed collector including the effects of secondary electron emission (SEE) using a 2D FDM based code PIERCE and compares the single-stage collector efficiency against experimental results at different frequencies.
