摘要

Nowdays continuous remote health monitoring, is migrating from intensive care units (ICU) into everyday life both of patients and healthy people. Ubiquitous sensor systems are monitoring non-stop the biophysical parameters of the patients at their home, during their daily training sessions, as they travelling to work. The collected data contain small information fragments about the patient's health in a scattered manner. After many levels of data processing, data fusion, valuable predictions and alarms can be provided from such data sets. In this paper we are providing a new multi-modal sensor data visualization solution, which can be used for real-time remote patient monitoring.
