Vision-based automatic needle inspection system for safety lancets

摘要

In this paper, we present a vision-based automatic needle inspection system for inspection of safety lancets. The system can detect the needle shift value and the needle tip size automatically, and classify the needle into Good Sample, Slant needle and Blunt tip efficiently.
