High performance of the science and technology innovation team with clear and valuable target, the highly effective leadership, the value of cooperation concept, and team oriented incentive system. But the team cohesion and incentive mechanism construction is the difficulty of science and technology innovation team management. Psychological empowerment is a kind of internal incentive, through the effective authorized, meet the staff social needs, esteem needs and self-realization, to improve employee performance, achieve better organizational efficiency. This paper to scientific and technological innovation team in the effectiveness of psychological empowerment mode and mechanism for analysis and research.
