With the standardization development of domestic sign system, more and more enterprise has put emphasis on the sign project management. The sign project is no longer confined to the traditional product supply and installation requirements, it is required to be involved into the project as early as possible. The project management should create a win-win situation while providing reasonable solutions to the rationality. The sign enterprise must face many new challenges and try their best to strengthen the sign project management. This paper summarizes the characteristics of sign project management and the new challenges in the background of the new industry and proposes methods of sign project management, so as to enable the enterprises to flourish and achieve the ultimate goal of sign project management.
