The Research of the Urban Parking Guidance System Based on RFID

摘要

To relieve the parking problem caused by the increasing number of vehicles, the urban parking guidance system based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) has been studied. The proposed system can collect information about cars by RFID, receive and handle the information. Then it offers optimized scenarios to guide cars into the suitable parking places. By this way it will help to save people' parking time, improve the utility ratio of the parking spaces and decrease the possibility of traffic jams caused by searching for the parking spaces.
