Telexistence systems that combine remote control robots and omnidirectional cameras are emerging. However, in these systems, when operating the robot, users feel discomfort due to the delay between the robot's operational action and the received video image, which leads to degradation of realism and operability. In this paper, we propose a solution to reduce the delay between the robot's instruction and the received video. The results obtained show that, by applying the proposed approach, users' Quality of Experience (QoE) was improved compared to existing solutions.
