In this paper, the plate behavior in two-dimensional transfer method using the ultrasonic levitation and the traveling wave was measured by focusing the generated pressure. Conclusions can be drawn as follows.1.The traveling waves of the plate vibration and pressure were observed.2.The air stream was generated between the source and sink vibrators by the combination of vortexes.
