PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact magnetic levitation method using a magnetic body which controls mutual reaction force and attenuation force against vibration by singly using magnetism generation elements arranged in a fixed body and a levitation body each having magnetism, or by combining the elements, and to provide a non-contact magnetic levitation device using it.;SOLUTION: In the non-contact magnetic levitation method and the device 10 using it for levitating the levitation body 12a by oppositely arranging the fixed body 11 and the levitation body 12a each having magnetism, and by using mutually-acting magnetic force, the fixed body 11 and the levitation body 12a are constituted by singly arranging the magnetism generation element having one or two magnetic poles or more, or by arranging the elements by combining them, and a magnetic spring constant K against the displacement of the levitation body 12a with respect to the fixed body 11 and an attenuation coefficient C against vibration are controlled so as to be in prescribed ranges.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
