Strong investment in the dissemination of digital technologies, as well as increasing ease of access to the Internet, has not been accompanied by the development of skills for their use in educational settings. Thus, new dynamics have to be developed in schools, and teachers are expected to have social and pedagogical skills that are able to assist in creating zones of development geared towards the digital society.
