Software reliability growth models (SRGMs) are mathematical models for describing a software reliability growth process and assessing software reliability quantitatively.As one of the well-known SRGMs, we have nonhomogeneous Poisson process (NHPP) models, such as exponential, delayed Sshaped, and inflection S-shaped SRGMs, which are widely-applied in practical software reliability assessment due to their applicability and simple model-structure.However, these models do not consider a case that the testing-environment change influences the accuracy of software reliability assessment.Under the background above, we need to develop more plausible NHPP models by overcoming such problem mentioned above.This paper discusses NHPP modeling with the effect of a change of the testing-environment on the software reliability process by using-environmental function.And we show numerical examples for software reliability measurement based on our models by using actual data.
