The nominal composition of the TC11 alloy,a two-phase titanium alloy,is Ti-6. 5A1-3. 5Mo-2Zr-0. 3Si(wt%). It mainly used as aero-engine and structure parts of aviation industry for its better mechanical properties and good working quality. In this paper, the macro-and micro-chemical composition of alloying elements for TC11 is paid more attention. The results show that the percentage of alloying elements Al and Mo are rich at the bottom and the edge of the ingot. On the contrary,Zr and Si are rich at the core and the top of the ingot. It is also found that the percentage of Al and Mo decrease along the directions of the grain growing, and the Zr and Si elements show the reverse regularities both in equiaxed grains and columnar grains. Al and Zr are enriched at grain boundaries, while Mo and Si are enriched inside grain.
