To achieve ease and convenience, sometimes pedestrians behavior against the traffic signals when they are crossing intersections. Once one pedestrian jaywalks, more other pedestrians may follow and then form a large amount of jaywalking. Moreover, because students lack of judgment and self-control, they intend more likely to follow others' violation behaviors. So, the research on students' conformity violation road-crossing behavior is important and essential. In this paper, we intend to explain the conformity violation behavior by using Bass model and analyze how it works. Based on the survey with 956 questionnaires among pupils of a middle school collected in Xi'an, China, we use Bass model to classify fixed jaywalkers and potential student jaywalkers and then analyze the influence of conformity on violation behaviors happened to students. The results show that the higher ratio of both jaywalkers and conformity pedestrians will lead to the greater possibility of students taking violation behavior.
