From the above results we can conclude that glutathione conjugated BSA nanocarriers serve as a potential vector to ferry the variety of neurotherapeutics agents across BBB. The probable mechanism of the synthesized nanocarriers to get access to the brain is receptor mediated endocytosis; still it requires further investigation to prove the exact role of glutathione as a vector for the nanocarriers for effective brain delivery.
