摘要

The prepared PCL-TA sustained release implants display satisfactory performance of sustained release in vitro. TA was released from a multilayer polymeric system, with PCL as matrix. TA was loaded into the inner PCL-TA complex films, not in their surface, then the release of TA can be retarded by the biodegradable polymer coating. The controlled-release of TA from a biodegradable polymer can be altered by changing the content of the polymer solution and drug loading.
