An intrascleral implant for the sustained release of triamcinolone acetonide is provided, which uses the double film biodegradable PLA(Poly(D,L-lactide)). An intrascleral implant for the sustained release of triamcinolone acetonide is constituted as follows. The triamcinolone acetonide is continuously released within sclera by using the biodegradable double film matrix separator. Serious complication and repetitive injection which are the disadvantage of the glass internal TA injection are complemented. The extended release of drug and drug delivery effect of focalization are improved. By forming the biodegradable double film matrix separator, the concentration of the drug in the eyeball is maintained by the specified level after 3 months.
