摘要

The C60 fullerol - C60(OH)n molecules have great potential in the field on bio-hybrid supramolecule design in nanotechnology for optical nanomaterials, smart biomaterials etc. It is defined by their cationic or anionic activity controlled by functionalization in aqueous colloidal solutions. There the biohybrids based on fullerol and biomolecule supramolecules can be organized. Also it is defined by their semiconductors properties, photosensing and photoactivity which can be controlled by midification of their molecular core. The model for biohybrid supramolecule assembly through functionalized fullerol by Cu(Ⅱ)2+ azole ligand complex having coordinative bond to selected amino - acid molecule- the histidine and this molecule assists also supramolecule organization. The interfaces designing concept in fullerol - Cu(Ⅱ)2+ complex-biomolecule into the supramolecule is based on well established rationale of interface organization in biological macromolecules (nucleic acids, proteins), driven by non-covalent interactions (hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic effect) in living cells which can be monitoring by optical spectroscopy.
