Multiplex immunoassay through combinatorial surfce patterning in a single microfluidic channel for high throughput biological applications
XPS results, together with fluorescence labeling, confirmed the effectivness of the developed protocol for surface patterning. A high thoughput multiplex immunoassay was performed to demonestrate biofunctionality of the produced patterns. Therefore desired biofunctional interfaces can be produced for various applications in multiplex biosensing as well as for cell sorting and cell response to multiple stimuli.
