Mimicking the angiogenic role of VEGF by peptides micropatterning

摘要

In our study, enthothelial cells behaviors in contact with micropatterned biofunctional surface were studied. It's proved that angiogenesis can be regulated and guided by micropatterning of bioactive peptides. This biofunctional micropatteming has great potential for basic science research and various applications in tissue engineering.
