摘要

Rational designed discoidal pSi particles were fabricated by the help of photolithographic process. The geometry effect of pSi disks on the in-vivo biodistribution was confirmed and optimized. These biodegradable pSi disks were used as stage 1 vectors in several MDS systems, and demonstrated suprior theropeutic efficacy.
