摘要

The release characteristics of HGF from hydrogels and LIF from nanoparticles, and hNSCs mobilization and recruitment capacity of these two release systems, were investigated in this study. The combination of LIF loaded nanoparticles and HGF loaded hydrogels, significantly mobilized hNSCs and promoted their migration in vitro. Our approach shows great promise for making a clinically relevant impact on mediated CNS regeneration using endogenous NSCs.
