摘要

Work performance is a micro foundation on which organizational performance is built. It is also a focus of organizational behavior researches. It is meaningful for improving employees' efficiency to discuss the relationship between work performance and other organizational variables. This article discusses the relationship among performance, person corporate culture fit and organizational commitment, establishes a model of them finally in order to afford important advice for corporate to improve work performance and strengthen corporate culture.
