This paper focuses on how to use fuzzy method to fast estimate the cost of the railway station building structure in design stage.By bringing in membership grade, weight value, closeness degree and the most of the close degree principle and taking the Luoyuan Station, the Taimu Shan Station, the Enshi Station and the South Bengbu Station as examples to estimate the cost of the side station house.The result shows that the Fuzzy method is feasible, and the error can be controlled within 10%.The method is helpful for the construction corporations to determine whether to bid a project, and whether it's profitable after bidding.What's more, this method offers us a reference while making the assessment and decision for the administrative departments.
