Application of the manufacturing costs/construction time-method and the capacity utilization-method for the determination of general costs at claim requests according to VOB/B

Based on construction business management characteristics there were two new methods - the manufacturing costs/construction time and the capacity utilization method - for the determination of general costs at claim requests according to 2 clause 5 and 6 as well as 6 clause 6 VOB/B introduced. Furthermore two already in the jurisdiction considered methods the construction work related and the construction time related method - were analyzed.
