In this research study, various supply chain strategies are discussed, and a unified and relational supply chain management strategy (R-SCMS) theoretical framework is introduced for performance evaluation across the supply chain. The research framework integrates the interrelationships between supply chain mix strategies resulting in sustainable competitive advantage.
