Innovation is quickly becoming the only method for survival in today's economy. However, we have seen many times that companies can spend millions and never get a product off the ground. This paper focuses on the internal creation of radical innovation through human resource management and provides a model for radical human resource management. Grounded in resource based view theory we examine the difference between general human resource management and radical human resource management and generate four characteristic, radical recruitment, radical organizational culture, radical integration, and radical product support.
