摘要

Performance of Parking Guidance and Information System (PGIS) is affected greatly by the demarcation of traffic control area. This research work relies on analyzing with real-time data of Shangcheng district. The methodology followed here is first to extract temporal and spatial characteristics of parking facilities by means of statistical methods. Then we analyze the correlation of parking lots with the characteristics. Lastly the demarcation of control area is proposed with the correlations ,which makes the design of PGIS more reasonable.
