Currently, the competition among enterprises is getting more and more intense, and this competition will undoubtedly bring a higher demand on the overall quality of managers. Among the qualities, the quality of mental health is particularly important. Because it not only relates to the personal development, but also the business development, which will affect the competitiveness of enterprises. However, actually a lot of private enterprises do not provide psychological services for managers, and most of the managers are lack of knowledge about the mental health and the ability to control mental balance by themselves, so that psychological problems are not solved in time. The existence of these problems may have serious impact on managers, and will indirectly affect the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, based on the survey, we should still analyze the mental health of the managers, the relationship between work stress and mental health, the sources of work stress and the way to cope with stress. Only by this way, can we understand the psychological health problems of managers comprehensively, and propose mental conservation measures, which has become the priority of human resource management in enterprises.
